• Where are the classes held?

Goldilocks moves to Luxembourg-City. The workshop takes place at your home.

• Who are classes for and what age are they for?

The Goldilocks' classes are for all gourmets from 4 to 99 years old and adapt to all levels! Age limits have been indicated in each workshop as an indication.

• How many people can participate in the classes?

The maximum number of people is limited to 6 people for the "Enchanted Cupcakes" and "Fantastic Cookies" classes. The “Fairy tarts”, “Cute cream puffs” and “Magic numbers/letters” classes are limited to 4 people for the smooth running of the workshop. Whether you are alone, as a couple or in a group (with family, parent/child, friends, for a birthday, a bachelorette party, a bachelor party), everyone will have their own creation! For birthday classes, the maximum number is 8 children.

• How does a class run?

You contact Goldilocks, we plan your expectations together and define a date, a theme, a number of participants. On the day of the class, Goldilocks brings her utensils and specific ingredients. The class takes place in a friendly way and in a good mood. At the end of the course, Goldilocks entrusts you with its secret recipe.

• What equipment and what ingredients should I have?

You must have at least an oven and a baking tray. Goldilocks brings her utensils.

A list of basic ingredients (eggs, sugar, flour, almond powder, etc.) will be provided to you after the selection of your class in order to make the recipe. Goldilocks provides more specific ingredients: marzipan, food colorants, etc.

• What language does the class take place in?

The class can be held in French or English. Goldilocks also speaks the language of the fairies.

• How to pay?

Payment is made at the end of each class, by bank transfer or cash. You will be given an invoice. Goldilocks does not accept chocolate coins!

• Does Goldilocks offer team building classes?

For the moment no, but be patient... it will come!

• Which classes are suitable for children?

Children aged 4 and over will love getting their hands dirty during "the fantastic biscuits" class. "The enchanted cupcakes" workshop is suitable for children over 6 years old. Children over 10 years old can participate in the "Fairy tarts" class and the “Cute cream puffs” class. "The magic number or letter" class is from 12 years old.

The children's birthday class is reserved for children aged 6 and over.

Age limits have been indicated in each workshop as an indication. Some techniques require dexterity that is sometimes difficult for young children to access. However, Goldilocks adapts to special requests.

• Does Goldilocks do vegan workshops?

To date, Goldilocks' classes do not offer a vegan alternative to the traditional pastry recipes used... but it is a possible development. Stay connected!

• How do I cancel a booked workshop?

Don't worry, Goldilocks won't hold it against you! Just send her a message 48 hours before the scheduled date. Don't forget to book another day!
