Once upon a time

Once upon a time in the pretzel kingdom, there lived a little girl with curly blonde hair. Every Christmas, she and her grandmother would bake mountains of little cakes that smelled of spices. One day, Goldilocks met a kind bear who was just as greedy as she was. Together they had two cubs. She began making cakes from her childhood for her family, and wanted to make them for others.
And so began the story of Goldilocks and her pastries...
The little girl with the golden curls in the story is me, Blandine.
As far back as I can remember, I have always loved baking cakes… and eating them!
After a first professional life as a landscape architect, I decided in 2014 to reconnect with my initial passion: pastry.

Formed to l'Atelier de Stéphane Dozier, I spent my CAP of pastry in 2015 in Paris, France. During my course, I had the chance to follow internships at La Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac as well as La Pâtisserie Michalak.
On the strength of these experiences and after obtaining my diploma, I then worked in the tea room Les Biscuits de Madame Georges in Versailles, France.
In parallel with this work, I decided, in 2015, to launch Les Pâtisseries de Boucle d'Or: a service of creation of tailor-made cakes and classes in private homes.
After moving to Luxembourg in 2021, I wanted to continue to pass on my passion by offering pastry lessons in Luxembourg-City.
For me, pastry is: a story that is written, told and passed on from gourmands to gourmets.
My goals ? Put my expertise at the service of your greed, pass on to you in turn the passion that I have inherited and above all: teach you how to make pretty and tasty cakes!
